Lockdown! part 3
Lockdown is easing off and there’s some sort of normality in the air. Well, not totally normal – ‘new normal’ is the phrase of the moment.

A colourful festival

Treading the pavements with my trusty camera bag is quick to throw up the odd niggle or two. One of these is the bag’s contents. I’m a “just chuck it in” kind of guy, fine for the bigger stuff (fleece, hat, juice bottle, magazine, camera) but the wee stuff gets lost. A roll of film, even in it’s neat plastic container, is wee stuff.

After a great visit to St Giles’ cathedral I had time to hit the streets of Edinburgh once again. The old arches on Market Street were temporarily used as an art and music space recently, and the only thing left is this appeal on one of the (now padlocked again) arch doors.
